Hi,

I have parcel No RL221115415CN it is stuck in the "Shanghai Transit Station export customs" usually it will take one or two day to send the item from export customs to Airport. but this item didnt reach , it is from 15 May 2016 in the export customs. Could you please help me to find why they are not sending to Airport.

Hi,

Below is the latest tracking information on your shipment:-

Jun 16, 2016 10:26 pm【阿联酋】Successfully delivered China Post

I believe the parcel was safely delivered to the address stated on it.

Since it is a registered parcel, then, someone has to sign off for it to be released (together with some identification).

My suggestion is for you to check at the local post office as to whom the parcel was delivered to.

2. You need to talk to UAE Post Office for your parcel. If the answer does not satisfy you then you need to contact seller and tell him that you have not receive the parcel to your address in UAE. He will have to call China Post to have them start an investigation to where your parcel was delivered in UAE. You can not contact China Post yourself it has to be the sender of the parcel.

3. Your parcel was registered mail so somebody had to sign for the parcel.
