Too Australia , just a single shirt! , does that mean the parcel could be on the plane now ? or still sitting in china ? no current update as of yet.

It's impossible to know the exact location of the parcel, all we can know is that it's been given to the airline to transport. It could be:

  • in China, being held in the airline or shipping company's warehouse, waiting for shipping space
  • actually in transit on an aircraft
  • arrived in Australia, but not scanned yet (waiting to be unloaded, or waiting for Customs).

The next update can't come until AusPost receives the parcel and scans it. How long this takes depends on the type of parcel, it could be as little as 4-6 days for EMS, two weeks for ePacket, 30 days or more for registered mail.

what happen to my item? i do tracking but no data! why?
tracking number is RG778575545CN

There's no data because your seller hasn't sent your parcel yet. Once the seller gives the parcel to China Post, the tracking will start working within 48 hours.

and what happen to my another item? seller say you guys lost it............ HOW CAN IT BE LOST? HOW DO YOU GUYS WORK? WTF!!!
tracking number is RQ9174915CN

Your seller is lying; this isn't even a proper tracking number. There needs to be 9 digits in the middle, not 7 -- eg RN123456785CN.

Hello.

Is there a way to find out, what happened to my item? Tracking number is 86704607360, says it was scheduled for a flight on 21.1., since then no update to the tracking info. Thanks.

These kinds of tracking numbers (11 digits) are China Post Ordinary Airmail, a cheap service for low value items. They don't have any tracking outside of China, so that's why you're not seeing any more updates. Parcels like this could take 4-12 weeks to arrive.

If you've ordered from a site where there's a limit on your buyer protection time, be sure to check when it runs out. You'll want to be sure to ask the seller to extend it, or to file a dispute before the deadline, if the parcel hasn't arrived yet.

I know it wouldn’t be delivered just yet but i got an email 2 days ago saying my package is on its way and I got LS720794048CN as a tracking number and it says “there is no shipping information” I just want to know if it’s actually gonna get to me or if I have to call the company.

It can take up to 48 hours for the parcel to appear in online tracking after it's been mailed. Give it another day or two; if the tracking hasn't started working by then, contact the seller and ask when they're really going to ship.

"It was just ready to leave China earlier today
Check back with us in a couple of days to see if it's arrived then." AUS POST , facebook msged me that yesterday for this shipping details below sound correct ? coming from EMS! Cleared customs on 28th! no more updates since then!

2018/2/28 19:36 Received by Post Office 510425
2018/2/28 22:30 Item returned from export Customs/Security GUANGZHOU EM
2018/2/28 22:32 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM

Any idea how much longer before I see an update from aus post surely it doesn't take that long for a plane to fly to Australia!

Like I mentioned above:

If you tell us your tracking number, or even just what the first letter of it is (should be E, L, R, or U), that'll tell us what kind of parcel it is.

You're right about how long a plane from China to Australia takes, but a parcel doesn't move like an airline passenger -- if it did, it would cost $300 to ship it. More here:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?
