No record means your seller did not ship you anything. You should be cautious of scam.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment information by next monday, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.

Tracking shows that your item was mailed on 10 February, but was delayed almost two weeks in Changchun, possibly due to the Chinese New Year holiday. The parcel just left Beijing for Dublin today. I would expect it to show up in Ireland in two to three weeks. Once it arrives in Dublin, you should be able to track it through An Post's website as well.

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php?code=LN262204389CN shows "No shipping record". Your seller hasn't sent you anything yet.

"Departure export customs" is often the last status from China as a parcel is leaving the country.

How long it takes to arrive in the destination country depends on what that destination country is, and what kind of parcel it is.

Is there a way to find out, what happened to my item? Tracking number is 86704607360, says it was scheduled for a flight on 21.1., since then no update to the tracking info. Thanks.
