RG717716108CN left china long time ago. The problem is that Canada Post gives very very low priority to process China Post register mail parcel. Often register mail from oversea will stay in Canada Post warehouse in Richmond BC for 30 to 50 days without doing anything. CBC has reported many complaint against Canada Post. To make things worse, Canada Post does not scan and update status of such imported register mail. So you can not even know its processing status.

Next time, I suggest you use China Post ePacket parcel. Canada Post gives very higher priority on ePacket. Normally ePacket can reach Canada receiver in 2 to 3 weeks and can be tracked in Canada Post website.

UC040979965CN was sent to airline on Feb 7. China Post does not control this parcel anymore, so there will be no update in future. You need wait about 4 to 6 weeks to get the parcel in Nepal.

I ordered some items on January 12th. They were shipped separately I got the other ones weeks ago but in still waiting for
my last one. Am I ever going to get it?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived destination country on Jan 25. You should contact Correos Panama and pickup the parcel.
