http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china on Nov 22. now is busy season, many ePacket and express parcel are still waiting for import processing in Europe. Your parcel is register mail which has lower priority. you need wait 2 to 3 more weeks.

With tracking number LX036005000CN I see that my package is at Arrival Import customs ATHENS AMU since 13 December. Why it hasn't been delivered yet? Where is it?
