Hello, my tracking number is RI743353070CN yet there hasn't been any updated info about it. I don't even know if it arrived in Canada or not. It's a Christmas gift I ordered for my little girl on December 9th. What's taking it so long?

RI743353070CN left China on Dec 13. now is rush season, it might take another 2 to 4 weeks to reach Canada after leaving china(most of the traveling time is in different sorting centers of different countries).

Ok thank you for your reply. It helps to know that it isn't a fake tracking number and that I haven't been screwed on Ebay. Happy Holidays!
