Hello,

Starting to get worried that my package RK344115019CN won't get here for a Christmas present. The status hasn't been updated for a month now. It says it departed from Shanghai on November 9th. Where is my parcel?

the parcel is outside china. you can not know the exact location after the parcel left china as none scan the parcel anymore. it should arrive by xmas time.
