Hello,

The tracking information for my package (tracking number RL798595075CN) has not updated in month, and was last "sent to airline" in Xiamen. It also has not yet been received by Canada Post. Is the package still in China?

Thank you for any information you can provide.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RL798595075CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jun 2nd. Normally it will catch airline in 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline. Then it will wait for import processing in Richmond BC. How long it will complete import processing depends on your luck. As per CBC and GlobeMail report, Canada Post often let china post register mail parcel staying in their warehouse for 30 to 60 days without processing . So you might wait 3 months to get your parcel.

Next time please use China Post ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada, ePacket takes only 2 to 3 weeks to reach Canada receiver.
