Post Where is my package???

I ordered 2 t shirts at the same time from the same company. I received one of the shirts in the mail today without the other. I see each shirt was shipped by themselves. The one i am missing appears to have been shipped and received by the post office before the shirt that came in the mail today. The missing shirts tracking is: LS555969699CN The shirt that i got today is : LS559521478CN

I have emailed the shop with no responses in the past and I don't expect the to email me back this time either...

USPS website shows LS555969699CN status as "On its way to AUSTIN, TX 78741, In Transit to Destination, The item is currently in transit to the destination as of February 6, 2018 at 12:32 pm. It is on its way to AUSTIN, TX 78741".

You can call USPS for delivery schedule. I believe you will get it very soon.

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. you can track its shipment effect date and original post office in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php which shows it was shipped in Oct 2017 .

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

I suggest you open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
