2017-11-25 23:13:16.0 已leaving Shanghai shipping center ，next station center
2017-11-27 20:19:03.0 计划going to next airport/seaport

Almost one month and still nothing. (?)

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
