That last it said was my package was processed through a sort facility in Hangzhou, EMS, China which was on the 24th of September

Respected Sir,

Sir the person which i have send the courier is his court warrant he will definitely not come to receive it so kindly help me out that please drop me a mail that the person is not came to receive the courier. that mail i can show in the court that the person is not willing to take the warrant and please do try one more time to handover my courier to the person addressed, or give me a proper reason why my courier is unsuccessful.
