It says on the tracking system that my package
LZ495622613CN ‘delivery failed’.. what is the issue and how can i get my package?

Singapore Post website shows the parcel address is incomplete and is returning to china. You need contact Singapore post and see if they can redeliver the parcel to you.

I’ve contacted Singapore Post but they said the parcel was already delivered back to china. Is there any way that i can get my parcel with the correct address given to to you?

If Singapore Post has returned the parcel to China. You can not get it anymore. If this is an order from aliexpress/ebay/Amazon, you need contact seller for refund as order does not reach you.
