Post USPS No record of Receiving China Post Parcel

As advised by this forum, I went to my local UPS service area and asked them if they had or knew anything about China Post parcel RH339623305CN, Air shipped from Shanghai on Sept. 3rd. THey told me the above number was not their number and not in their system. What company would receive this parcel once it is in the United States? Does parcel get a different tracking number once it arrives in USA? Why it taking so long to arrive in United States? It's been 75 days. Seller in China tells me it could take 2-3 months for delviery. Is this true due to customs? What is the real answer here?

Can it take up to three months for parcel to arrive in United States from China via China Post? This is what my seller from China has told me. I purhcased TV in late August and it still has not arrived in USA (California) I believe they have stolen money from me! Unethical seller. Tracking No. RH339623305CN. Last tracking update shows parcel left Airport on August 23rd. Can it really take up to three months? I have feeling maybe they never shipped TV, just trick me with fake tracking number. I welcome any comments.

1. So where you able to talk to the USPS Supervisor at your local USPS Post Office. Or you just ask at the counter!

2. If the supervisor did not find it on the computer this mean they are not keeping track of the parcel where it's going in the US. Which is a bad thing because no tracking done to the parcel, it could be lost/misplace very fast.

3. USPS is the only receiver of your parcel, nobody else has receive your parcel. The tracking number stays the same, you don't get a new number for the parcel.

4. Yes Customs may have a role to play in your parcel. I don't know the rule for you, US citizen in Importing goods for overseas, what is the limit.

Did you ever receive your package? I have a similar tracking number and was wondering how long it too for your package to arrive.

1. For both of you, China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time maximum time for USA is 62 days. It can take from 8 to 62 days to be deliver. You can find the info here:
