I shipped a smartphone to China on 11/07 via USPS First Class International Mail. The person I shipped it to still has not received it, and it has been over a month since I sent it. I called USPS and from their PTS scan, it shows that the smartphone left my country (last scan was in Chicago, IL USA), but that the rest of the tracking would be available through China Post. I tried entering the customs form number (as there is no tracking number for this package), and the China Post tracking page says that they have not received this parcel. Is there any way I can know even remotely where it is, if it is still in transit, and approximately when it will be delivered? The customs number is LC580349706US.
