Hello, I ordered a couple items over 2 weeks ago from ttotoro online and got a tracking number a couple days afterwards but a week and a half later and I can’t find anything on my shipment. Can someone please help me find out if and when It will be on it’s way. Thank you, I can’t get a reply from ttotoro.com

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY316793195CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money to.

Thanks that’s what I thought. Seller is not responding and have notified PayPal. Thank you very much for the help.
