the parcel no.RB19206235CN is not in China Post database. Your seller has not sent the parcel to China Post yet.

Hi I have purchased an item from Aliexpress.com on 4th July 2014, which as per the tracking information shows was shipped on 23rd july2014. The tracking number is RD215852022CN. Kindly can you please check and let me know where is the item as present. As it been above 2 months and it has not reached me as yet. Thanks and regards Vinita.

RD215852022CN should have problem to pass customs export scan. you should open a dispute and claim refund asap.
