Hi admin!,

I ordered from iOffer a good and when I try to track my item it keeps saying that it's on it's way for Canada since 2017/07/09

my tracking number is : LM481416744CN

LM481416744CN left china for toronto on Jul 9. Normally parcel will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, you can wait another week and see if you can get it or not.

epacket shipping time from china to canada sometimes might take up to 4 weeks. I suggest you wait 10 more days. If you can not get it by early August, then open dispute.

I ordered the goods on aliexpress with tracking number RS725352118CN, the date sent in 12 July, but until now the status is still "in transit", how is this?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only info "Electronic Data Received". This means your seller did not actually shipped anything to you. Read following for detail:

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?
