Hello I got an email 3 weeks ago tellinv me that my package has been sent. I went online to track my package but it tells me it doesn't track in Canada. Could you tell me if it has been sent or not.

Canada Post website shows the parcel status as "RICHMOND, Item has arrived in Canada and was sent for further processing". It is still waiting for customs clearance.

Where can I go to get the rest of the tracking ?

Once Canada Post get the customs clearance done, you will see new status in Canada Post website tracking page. You can also call Canada Post for detail.
