2016-09-15 08:43:03.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan...Its been 12 days and this all the tracking I get. Can you get this kind of information without even mailing a package.

1. You should have provide the tracking number for us to help you.

2. Either the parcel is not passing the Export security check, you should read this:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

3. Or the parcel did pass the Export Security check and is in transit to your country. But to know for sure you need to contact seller so he can call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out exactly what is going on with your parcel.

4. From what you are saying, it seams to me that your parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus parcel and it can take from 30 to 60 days to be deliver to your country.
