I sent a package back to China last month and they claim it still has not been delivered. I have a customs from lc558807995us but there is no way to track it. The postal service did not inform me to that fact before I sent it off. Is there any way to find the package or see if it was delivered. The seller claims they did not receive it and I am losing my money for the goods that were returned plus the return shipping costs. This is a nightmare! Please help!

lc558807995us is USPS first class parcel. China Post does not scan such parcel so you can not know delivery status and location of lc558807995us . You can not even know if it has arrived China or not. You should use register mail to ship the goods, tracking number like R***US.

Is there any way to find out by using the customs form if it is in China or being held up at customs? I know if left US customs on 4/27/2015.

you can not get such information. USPS 1st class parcel is same as a letter, no trace job will be done during whole shipping procedure.

Not even through Chinese customs? Don't they have to clear the parcel?

the problem is that you can not know if the parcel has passed customs clearance or not. they don't update such status. this is the biggest problem of USPS first class parcel.

2. Parcel from USA to China can take up 40 days for delivery. May I suggest you read this:

i am expecting a package with this tracking number RU810292305CN but i went through the web to track it but it says china post hasnt go that shipment.

" china post hasnt go that shipment" means your seller did not ship you anything. You should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you place the order?
