2. So has you can see that parcel was mail last week and is On Route to Canada from China.

3. The parcel will land in Vancouver and every E Packet that land in Vancouver Inbound warehouse is late in delivery. It can take up 21 days from the last date that it was scan in China to be scan by Canada Post.

4. So according the the above 21 days rule your parcel should be scan around the 21 Nov, then the parcel will go through Canada Customs Office for clearance, then back to Canada Post for delivery.
