Are there current issues with items being shipped from shanghai ? I purchased something and the seller says this is the reason it hasn't shipped:

"Impossible, Shanghai port has stopped transportation, and now the Chinese government's China unit, inspection is very strict, comprehensive punish corruption! Shanghai Port is absolutely not open! This is the post office contractor told me! ! "

Is this true?

i believe the seller did not ship the goods and give you those bullshit excuse.

open a dispute or charge back to paypal and claim money back.

Do you know for sure there are no issues with the shanghai port? I need to know so I can advise paypal with a response for a dispute .

you should open dispute with paypal immediately. obviously shipper did not ship the goods to you, nothing to do with any port.
