Tracking Number: LT399151744CN
According to USPS tracking, status says "Your item has been processed through a facility in HANGZHOU EMS, CHINA at 8:53 pm on November 14, 2016." That's 3 weeks ago. Can you give me an update?

the parcel should be seriously delayed in Hangzhou. Wait one more week and track again in USPS website, if it still shows same thing, you need open dispute for lost parcel
