Please tell me what happened to my package.
It says delivery unsuccessful but I have had no one coming to my premises to deliver.
Who would have this package?

South Africa Post website shows the parcel is in BRACKEN GARDENS, At Office, You should go to that post office and pickup your parcel.

South Africa Post is responsible for your parcel delivery; you should contact them to find out how to get your parcel. It sounds like your parcel is at Bracken Gardens post office:

    2018-02-07 15:37  BRACKEN GARDENS, At Office, First Notification to recipient
    2018-02-07 15:36  BRACKEN GARDENS, In transit, In Office

I have phoned them but I don't have a reference and the one on the system is not the right one.
Can you give me the reference number please
