Can someone please help me verify if this is a correct tracking number. It left China on 12/9 and haven't gotten any updates since. Another shipment I have arrived today through China EMS and the order was placed a week after.

Also when can I expect for this package to arrive?

RI755941775CN is register mail which is much slower than EMS. it left china on Dec 9 and will keep travel another 2 to 4 weeks before arriving your country. you can not new status after the parcel left china.

What other information do you have on this tracking number? Can you tell me the weight of the package? The item is about 30 pounds and I want to make sure I am not being scammed. Also is it confirmed that it has left China?

we only know your parcel last status was in Guangzhou customs on Dec 9. Normally parcel status will freeze at its last location after it left China. However, if it has something unsafe or illegal, it can also be rejected without notice.

As you mentioned your parcel is 30 pounds weight, it is quite suspicious. your parcel is register mail whose max weight should be 2 kilo(about 4.5 pounds). However, overweight reject normally happens when shipper gave the parcel to China Post. I can not image China Post will accept a 30lbs register mail parcel and pass it to customs.

So I guess the real parcel is actually less than 30 lbs which means your seller did not ship the item you ordered.

If I were you, i will wait 10 days and see if I can get the parcel before Xmas. If I can not receive the parcel or the parcel received is not I ordered. I will open dispute to ebay/aliexpress and claim refund.
