I've been trying to track 2 of my packages since last month and both say no record found are these tracking numbers real or fake LY351127848CN, LY344031296CN?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both tracking numbers have No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
