My package has been in "Export Customs Scan" status for almost a whole month now.

Is this normal, or have I been ripped off by the company/item not going to ship??

Any help is appreciate!!! Thank you :)

RI078766188CN status is ok. now is rush season, everything is slow. Make sure there is no battery inside.
