Post Package Tracking Not Updated for 12+ Days

Hi there! This is my first time posting. I haven't seen an update for package #LK074726223CN in 12 days as of this post. It was supposed to arrive as early as 6 days ago. Where is it right now? Is this even a legitimate tracking number?
