Post Package status update...so long.

Hello,

I was wondering if I can get an update on my packages.

I ordered two items and both are taking very long. One package (ref no:70826360952) has been in Guangzhou export security scan for 2 weeks, almost 3 weeks now. No update, no nothing.

My other package (ref no: RF228284268CN) only says "Electronic data received" for the same amount of time, 2 weeks, almost 3 weeks....

This is getting annoying and I keep messaging them asking where it is, and they just say "China post is slow, and rest assured etc".

Can someone guide me, did my 2nd package ship yet? And how much longer will my 1st package stay in export security scan...How much longer should I wait before I open a dispute with Aliexpress?... 😡

I have the same thing as you:

2. May I suggest you look at this:

3. You should contact seller and tell him the parcel is stuck, have him call China Post, if answer from seller does not satisfy you, then open a dispute.

6. You should contact seller ans ask him when he intends to physically mail the parcel through China Post. If his answer does not satisfy you them open a dispute.
