Hi there I recently order a pair of jackets off of aliexpress and was wondering why it says my package has not moved in over a month. The tracking number is RJ624609115CN.

you should open dispute to aliexpress. your parcel seems to be lost in Hangzhou.

Hello, I sent a package a month ago. The person that supposed to receive it, did not received it yet. It would taken 5-7 workong-days to deliver it to the person that suppose to received it. We are now a month later and it should not take this long. I'm absolutly not happy with this situation, because this is not how it supposed to go. Now is my package lost or what? tracking code: CC053971311NL. Receiver address is: QINGHAI MEOSONODSOP CO LTD, YIJUN LIU A, ROOM 21 XINGHUA ROAD, FUYONG BAOAN SHENZEN, HONG KONG, HONG KONG.

I too have a package that has not moved in quite some time which is a huge problem since it is a christmas gift.
Tracking number is CP213122520CN. It says it is still in Tianjin Customs. What is going on? What do I do now?

RJ642788355CN is still in Hangzhou. it should have problem to catch shipping space. if you can not get the parcel by end of Dec, you should open dispute too.
