Hello,

Please look into tracking #RH287457525CN. It was last scanned on 9/01 and nothing since. Is it still coming? Was it stopped by customs? I need to know what is going on with it.

1. As far as I can see from the tracking, it does not seem to have any problem with your parcel. It's On Route to USA. Unfortunately USPS does not track China Post Register Air mail in USA.

2. I would not be surprise that your parcel is already in USA and that US Customs did not get to your parcel yet for clearance.

3. May I suggest you read this for USA:

4. To me your parcel is fine, you just need to wait for it.
