My package shipping number RI752644756CN.
the last update was:

2015-11-30 17:32:00.0 Guangzhou departure

There has been no update in 28 days should i assume this package is lost and file a refund claim with the seller? Or could you please update me on the status of this shipment.

wait one more week, if you can not get the parcel after new year holiday, you should open dispute.

Thank you! Do you know if there is a way to tell if it was sent by AIR, SAL (surface air lifted) or Surface? What about size (weight or dimensions)?

it is air parcel. but you can not know size,weight, detailed address etc. All information about the parcel is in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php
