I have two shipments, both of which have had no updates since last month. Please help me understand where they are.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline in early June. It there are still waiting for flight to USA.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to USA is about 7 weeks. Your parcel is slower than average but still in normal time frame(max time can take 113 days).

Once parcel arrives USA, http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php will show arrival info.
