Hello, we shipped a package on July 15 to China via USPS and it was held in customs in China and then supposedly returned on August 28th but it has not been delivered and does not track on USPS site. Tracking # CJ515165526US. Is there any way to trace where this package currently is since it has been over 2 months? It has car parts that I desperately need back as they were supposed to be worked on and shipped back and now I have not been able to drive car for over 3 months. :(

2. Since you are the one that sent the parcel from USA, you can go to the USPS Office and ask them to launch an investigation about your parcel. Bring with you the above tracking about the parcel.

3. Parcel from China to USA can take from 8 to 62 days.
