No one knows where my package is and it doesn't take 3 weeks to come to Canada my tracking number is

LZ619025164CN is delayed in Shenzhen. i suggest you wait one or two more weeks. If you can not get it by Sep 7, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

Why was it delayed but it says that it left for Vancouver already

The parcel is not controlled by China Post. I guess the delay is caused by airline space shortage in Hong Kong.

Another possible delay reason is Canada customs clearance. The parcel might have already arrived Vancouver airport, but You can not know where it is until parcel passes Canada customs processing center in Richmond BC. Some time Canada Post customs processing can take 2 to 3 weeks.
