I ordered a cosplay from ebay and its status hasnt changed in almost a month my tracking number is LT262711350CN

1. May I suggest you contact seller as soon as possible to tell him you have not receive your parcel. He might be able to call China Post EMS to find out about your parcel.

2. If by 10 Nov you can not see any movement on the USPS site just open a dispute to get your money back.

3. The problem right now in China, there is a backlog of a lot of parcel because of the National holiday that occur on the 01 - 08 Oct. Then the chaos started on the 09 Oct, every parcels were trying to catch a flight out of China.

4. In tracking your parcel I did not find any new info, your parcel is stating On Route like on this tracking:

My seller responded with this

Seller's message:
"Sorry for the late reply,ebay estimated delivery date don't accurate in boom seasons,and sellers can't change the estimated delivery date,the ebay show it automatically. We just tracked your package,it’s in US customs, waiting for customs clearance.E-packet get delayed now,since US Customs found many restricted things in e-packet last month ,US Customs tear very few e-packet packages before,so the e-packet was quick before, now they tear every single e-packet package to check if there is any restricted products.That's why e-packet get delayed these days.Hope you can understand that we can't controll the shippment,international packages always delayed in boom seasons."

Should I wait or just request a refund

1. I would wait another week, if by 14 Nov you don't see any movement on your parcel open a dispute.

2. According to the above tracking your parcel departed China for France. Now it's up to La Poste to scan your parcel and give it to France Customs Office for clearance.

3. May I suggest you look at this for your country France:

4. Your parcel is fine you just need to wait for it and continue to track it on La Poste site.
