Hello

My package has gone missing since November 4th. The tracking number is RK539083384CN. I would really like to know if my package will ever arrive in canada. It is important to me

1. Your parcel has not gone missing, it's On Route/In Transit to Canada. Since we don't know where your parcel will land (Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver) it can take from 4 to 8 weeks to be deliver to you in Canada.

2. If your parcel did arrive in Canada, then Canada Post did not scan your parcel yet because possibly of Customs having to much parcel to verify.

3. This is what I see right now on you parcel:
Tracking # :RK539083384CN
Date / Time : 2016/11/03 - 12:39
Description :Tracking is not available for international registered mail items sent to Canada.
Service Type :International Inbound Registered

4. You just need to come back here lets say every 4 days and ask me if there is any new tracking for your parcel. I will be glad to let you know.

Hey --

Yeah I can see all of that information myself as well. It's destined to arrive in Toronto. I've seen this response to several claims on packages gone missing. Do they usually end up arriving safely? Is there any speculation that it might actually be missing or won't arrive?

1. May I suggest you read this for Canada:

2. If you don't trust my response, just ask the question again here and somebody else might answer you.

3. Parcel arriving to Canada are generally safe and will be deliver to client that bought article from China.

4. If you worry that your parcel is lost, just contact you seller and tell him so or open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.

5. I don't know for how many years you have been ordering articles from China but may I suggest you read this:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

Don't worry too much, I've been waiting for a registered parcel since Oct. 19th. Customs right now are slammed with holiday gifts and also they are closely inspecting for fentanyl.

I have a similar situation. My parcel left Beijing on October, 31. @int077 Can you please let me know if is there any chance that my package will arive in Romania?
