1. I would not be surprise that your parcel did this:
Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries enroute to their destination.

2. Also may I suggest you read this for your country Romania:

3. Maybe also you could contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and see what he is going to say to you.
