Post Missing ePacket Parcel

This parcel was accepted on April 4th but has had NO movement at all since April 5th???? Do you know what is going on here? I've had many ePacket parcels and they always land in the US no more than 6 days after processing at China Post. It's now been 14 days and no update, nothing at all. This is addressed for delivery in White Plains, New York.

the parcel might have some problem to pass security check. you should open a dispute to aliexpress.

So why does it not say anything about being caught up in customs in the tracking information?

the reasons are very complex and not easy to explain here in short words. Actually it makes no sense for you to know the reason. right now you should open a paypal or aliexpress dispute and claim refund from seller otherwise you will pass the claim deadline and suffer loss.

I have opened a dispute. Is it still possible this will make it to the US considering it is now day 15 and no known movement since April 5th? Or perhaps it did make it in to the US and is sitting in New York in inbound customs and they've never scanned it in yet?

Is there any other way to contact the last location in China where this scanned in to see if there is any information that they may have on my parcel and if it is still in their possession? Is there another area to run this tracking number to get more specific detail?

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php gives all the details about your parcel before parcel arriving USA. After the parcel arrives USA, you can also get detail USA location in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php. You can not find more details than what shows on above mentioned pages.

Is there website you can track a parcel once it reaches canada like the one above for the USA?
