Is there any way at all to contact the SHANGHAI post office in regards to this parcel to find out why it has NOT moved from their last location on April 5th?

if you can speak Chinese, try to call 011862111185 from USA. unfortunately they don't reply email and don't speak English.

I know it is a lot to ask but is it possible that you could call them for me to check on this? I don't have anyone that I know that can speak Chinese. It is still showing as no movement at all and it would be nice to know why this is if I can.

Hi I am also waiting on a package from which was sent on 17th of September i tracked but It's still in shanghai to come to newzealand

I think says it's on route but after 3 weeks and it hasn't left shanghai I'm worried
