Hi there

I am new member here,if anyone can help me with my tracking,,i have problem with the shipping,the seller from ali express said she already sent the item and will be arrived in usa between 2 weeks..now already more than 2weeks i dont get any update from the ems

There is the tracking number LT372382276CN

Nov 11 is the online shopping festival. too many parcels were shipped the same day including your parcel. you might need wait one or two more weeks.

I try to contact the seller at ali express seem the seller deleted they account and the item..now i am stuck can't contact theme...They said i will received the item in 2 weeks time..more than 2 weeks i don't received yet

1. This is the holiday season for mail all around the World. So mail is slow right now. I mention to you earlier that parcel to USA can take from 15 to 35 days and even more.

2. Just be patient and continue to track your parcel on the USPS site. Whatever a seller is promising you as time frame for the delivery of a parcel is always an estimate timing.

3. If deep inside you, you think that your parcel is lost or misplace then contact Ali Express and tell them you have not receive your parcel and you worry that it's lost.

1. I don't know that answer for USA.

2. May I suggest your read this with on open mind:

I can fly to China in 24 hours! Why does a package take weeks?

How does the international mail system work? How is mail routed from one country to another?

3. You just need to be patient, for mail Office all over the World it's the busiest time of the year. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any movement.
