I think I am being scammed...

LT530372582CN

Purchased from an Amazon Marketplace seller called Vincent Galvan on Nov. 7 and received a message from Amazon on 11/13 that my card will not be charged, as shipment has not been confirmed by the seller. Prior to the 13th, it appeared he removed all his listings and since 11/22, with the exception of 2 reviews, there have been nothing but negatives for failure of communication and non delivery of purchases.

I thought the matter was closed, but on Dec. 5, received an email from Amazon about the package being shipped and the above tracking number. Realized it is a Chinese tracking number later in the day, based on past purchases, though was expecting a domestic seller. Is the number legit? Tomorrow will be 48 hours and spoke with Amazon yesterday, so there is a record.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes it may take up to 10 days before the parcel gets register into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then you should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel. Or you could open a dispute to get your money.

3. Your parcel is what is call an E Packet from China Post.

4. This is what I get when I track your parcel:
Item is not found at this moment
