My package was shipped from the US on 24 October and reached China Pudong Airport on 31 October. That is the last scan from America Postal System is the package arriving in China Pudong. It is now 5 days later and still no scans on the package and its whereabouts. This Saturday will mark two weeks. The tracking number from the United States Postal System is CX248850072US. Can you get me some information on this package.

Thank you. So how long does customs normally keep the package for processing before it goes to China Post for Delivery. It will not be two weeks until this Saturday. It has vitamins in it.

I don't have any experience with how long inbound Customs processing takes in China; maybe somebody else could chime in?

That said, as a rule with Customs anywhere -- anything that looks like medicine or drugs is likely to get considerable scrutiny. =/

Hello Admin
A package was shipped to me from the USA and was told by customs that it has to be returned since the duty I had to pay was more than 1000rmb. It's been almost 3 weeks now and I don't know whether my package has been returned not.. CX136729540US is my tracking now when I track it tell me usps has been notified that the package will be sent to them. I would like to know how many days it takes for the package to be returned..

Thanks I just checked tracking more and it shows the term import each other (internal transit) and indicates in transit. So hopefully sometime tomorrow or Saturday it will have some updated scans. Thanks for your help.

Can someone help to check what happens to my package shipping from USA to Shanghai China? The USPS website shows that it was "departed from PuDong International Airport" on Oct 27, 2015. Where is the package now? I am concerned about it.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows your parcel customs cleared on Oct 29. you should get the parcel this week. If not, call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

Just for fyi I am receiving email traffic to my email about Jiangsu2015's updates on their package. I do not know why the administrator is advising me of their package. I also received an email about niibrown package as well. Why is their information coming to my email. Just FYI.
