LC562528578US is USPS 1st class parcel. China Post does not scan such parcel and you can not know the delivery status in China.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows CJ493007092US was just shipped. Normally it needs about 2 to 4 weeks to reach China.

it should be. I am not familiar with USPS policy. Normally it should be trackable in USPS website immediately after you gave the parcel to USPS.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel just arrived Beijing. The receiver should get it in one week.
