USPS seems to give an excellent accounting of what is going on with this parcel:

The package may be delivered and waiting for the final delivery event to be posted online; more likely it is waiting at a post office for the addressee to pick it up. If they say they haven't got the package yet you should contact them and tell them to get in touch with China Post.

If the package isn't picked up in some period of time (30 days?) it'll be returned to you as unclaimed, undeliverable, or some such.

Hello, you can follow your package easily. It is sufficient to enter the track number on your site http://track-chinapost.com and you will receive 100% accurate information where he is currently. Use DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS... and work without mistake. You can see picture from my last tracking

Hi,

I shipped my package through USPS on West Lafayete, IN on 9/11/2015 to China mainland. But it has been 16 days, my friend still have not received the it. My friend has called the post office in China, and they said the package has the USPS has receive the package but has not ship it to China.

What can I do? Can you help me to check it if it is still in US or already though China. But it's a small flate rate box, I can't track it.

LC283986641US is USPS first class international parcel which can not be tracked in China and USA.

Normally this kind of parcel will travel about 30 to 40 days before delivered to receiver, so you might need some patient . It should arrive by mid Oct.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows RE079835171US was delivered on sep 30 in Dongguan(China Post GuangDong branch)

LJ515728814US and LJ515768566US are USPS first class mail(format L****US), China Post does not scan such parcel and you can not know the parcel is delivered or delayed or lost. You should avoid to use such kind of parcel service to ship goods to China.

Yeah, I have been hearing that after the fact. The guy at the post office insisted I ship using that. Damn, Do you think they are lost? I sent them in September.

LJ515728791US is also USPS first class mail. You can not track delivery status in China. You should use USPS register mail (Format R****US) which can be traced in China Post tracking system.
