They changed adress after I sent the package. My tracking # is LN217585593US. The company hasn't received the package yet. It has been months.

I was told that I was suppose to provide the recipient's phone number by the recipient, but I didn't have that option when filling out form at USPS. Can you please advise what I should do at this time?

CW673161141US just arrived China on May 6th. Recipient phone number is not required, but correct address is necessary for prompt delivery. If you don't have chinese address in the parcel, you should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel.

LC215106330US is USPS first class parcel which will not be scanned by china post. You can not get any information of such kind of parcel.

So I have to ask us post office? What should I do if I wanna know where my package is?

USPS first class parcel to China can not be tracked like UPS/Fedex parcel. It is same as a letter. If your friend send you a letter but you do not get the letter, you can not know where it is and how it is lost.
