UPDATE: from Illinois, USA to Guangzhou, it took 28 days/4 weeks for my letter-sized package to arrive in Guangzhou. I received it on Thursday, April 9 after it was shipped on Thursday, March 12th. In the future, I will not use First Class International because there is too much risk of it getting lost between two countries.

Hello China Post Volunteer,

I mailed a package from US to Shanghai on March 14, 2015 (LC514292055US) and USPS told me the package left US customer on March 15.

Can you help me to see if the package is still with China custom or where if may be at?

many seller delay the shipment for 2 to 7 days. so if you just receive the number, wait 1 week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/. Normally you will see result.

Hi!
I mailed a package on Feb 23rd via USPS LC591482564US. USPS website states it does not track this kind of package. Is it lost? I am not sure where to go from here? Thank you so much for your help!

Hello,

Can you please help me find my package? I sent March 14th. It left US Customs March 17th. That was the last it was seen. The # is LC402141395US. Im at a loss as what to do? Thank you in advance for your help!

LC402141395US is USPS first class parcel which can not be tracked in china post database. You have no way to know it is actual status in china.
