Thank you . This helpea explains why the tracking stops at custom clearance . Hope she gets the package soon

I am aolso in the sam predicament.... I sent a package Aprill 22,2015 and have yet to know the status!!!... I need this information urgently!!! LC342036313US

LC342036313US is USPS first class parcel which can not be tracked in china post database. You can not get delivery information for such kind of parcel.

Dear Chinapostvolunteer,

I mailed a package through USPS on May 12 to China and the last update I obtained was "Your item arrived at our USPS facility in CHICAGO, IL 60666 on May 14, 2015 at 9:15 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

Could you please help me check the status of the package? The tracking number is: lj515306175us.

lj515306175us is USPS first class parcel. China Post does not scan such parcel so you can not know delivery status and location of lj515306175us. You can not even know if it has arrived China or not. You should use register mail to ship the goods, tracking number like R***US.

I mailed a package through USPS on May 21 to China and the last update I obtained was "Your item departed our USPS facility in SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94188 on May 24, 2015 at 4:49pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

Could you please help me check the status of the package it is registered mail and as I understand it will be scanned into China post? The tracking number is: RE849004509US. I know it has only been three days but not seeing the tracking number in China Post?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows china post has not received the parcel. This means the parcel has not entered into China yet.

Could you please help me check the status of the package it is registered mail and as I understand it will be scanned into China post? The tracking number is: RE849004509US. It has been four days but not seeing the tracking number in China Post?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel is in Beijing customs. you need some patient.
