Hello, I had something shipped from Illinois, USA using USPS First Class International Mail. We were told that it would take 6~8 business days to arrive in Guangzhou,China. It was shipped out on March 12, 2015. Now it has almost been a month and no information about where it is. The receipt number is: lc472123549us. Can you please check to see if it has arrived in China or if you know its current wherabouts? Thank you very much!

USPS First Class can not be tracked in china. You can not know if it has arrived Guangzhou or not.

My package tracking number is CG107279185US and it seems it is departed from shanghai airport April 6. I live in shanghai, when I am supposed to receive the package? Should I be worried because I did not receive yet?

CG107279185US has not released by customs in shanghai. you can wait one more week, if you can not get it by april 15, call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

Hi dear chinapost volunteer, I mailed a packed on Mar.9th and the number is LC698792957US. I searched the http://track-chinapost.com/result_chinaems.php and it only showed that "2015-03-09 15:54:00 UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 062689998 Posting ", which was the time and location zipcode. Could you please help me to check whether it entered China or not? I called USPS and the agent said the package has been dispatched to MA and then no later scanning information. Since it is the cheapest way, then no compensation or refund can be returned if the package was lost. Also they cannot file a investigation because it was an international mail. So what could I do. The only thing I have is the number.

USPS first class parcel to China can not be tracked in China Post database. So you can not expect expect much information about your parcel.

Thank you for your feedback. Do you have any idea of the timeframe for possible arrival of an envelope package - how many weeks could it take for USPS First Class International Mail to arrive in Guangzhou from the US?

from 2 weeks to 4 months all possible. this kind of parcel delivery time is quite inaccurate. The biggest problem is that you can NOT verify if it has been delivered or not. China Post simply throw the parcel into the mailbox or front door of the receiver same as USPS delivery of a letter mail. no signature, no scan , no any kind of delivery record.

I got a problem :/

My tracking number is CG107279185US and it seems they attempted to deliver, but I was there and I have a keeper. Maybe there is a problem with the address ?
Can I go to a post office to pick up it?

call 11185 and arrange pickup. the parcel is in 上海邮政速递物流徐家汇揽投部
