I have a package shipping from China to Canada with tracking number RI126771786CN. I still haven't received my package. Can you please find out what has happened to my package ?

RI126771786CN is still in shenzhen china waiting for export scan.

Please help check what could have happened to the package CW975057140US that is until now in Guangzhou. The package has been there since Aug 13th, 2014.

your parcel arrived Guangzhou long time ago but it should have some delivery problem. you'd better ask receiver to call china post 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from china post.

Can you find out why the package is still waiting for export scan at Shen Zhen? Like I have mentioned earlier, there is no liquid or battery inside the package. What should I do at the point ?

Hi! I got my package already. We called EMS then after 2 days, the package has arrived. Thanks China Post & EMS!
